Offer for investors
The Gmina's economy is dominated by agriculture. Agricultural
land covers 7.6 thousand ha, including 70% of arable land, and 30% of meadows
and pastures. The principal crops are rye and potatoes, and the main animals bred
include cattle and pigs. Within the Gmina, there are 1.1 thousand individual farms.
About 200 businesses Chat employ 350 people operate outside
agriculture. The area is attractive for investors for the following reasons:
- the Gmina lies near the main routes that cross the poviat ( including
the A-2 highway)
- it has well-developed urban infrastructure:
water-supply service, two treatment plants, sewage system, power system and telecommunication
service
- there are areas of the Nadwarciański Landscape Park
with unique species of plants and animals. It creates excellent conditions for
recreation and the development of agro tourism.
- the Gmina has
meadows and pastures, which make the breeding of cattle and sheep possible
- we offer tax allowances and tax exemptions for investors.
Some investors have already chosen our Gmina to be their Beat. In the village
of Osiecza, near the A-2 highway, the Trade & service Enterprise "Romex"
is located. It offers hotel and restaurant services as well as sale of fuel and
oils.
The Gmina has a plan of land development on which
the service and commercial grounds near the A-2 highway and the local road no.
16205 are marked. The plan can be found in the Beat of the Gmina in Rzgów as well
as in ¦wi±tniki, Modła, Osiecza, Sławsk and Kowalewek.
The ground are private property. They , are developed area ( electric power, water
piping and telephone line).
The process of merging small
pieces of land near the highway (Osiecza-Kowalewek) has begun. Thanks to that
the grounds will become more attractive for investors.
In Sławsk, near the Warta River, there is a manor-house from the l9th century.
It is owned by the public purse (the Treasure). It may be turned into a guest-house
or a riverside hotel. In Grabienice there is a hall whose surface is 300m2, and
which used to be a repair shop of the Agricultural Co-operative.
